Do I need to download anything to have a meeting?

You do not. After creating your Profile and subscribing to the Office Account Subscription, you simply need to just create an appointment by using the "+" icon in the top portion of the navigation. Enjoy!

How do I review what others have said when filling out surveys of me?

You can access all of your personal survey results (standard and custom) from the Reports portion of the application. From there, you'll need to just select "Survey Results."

How do I share my schedule with my colleagues and clients?

Under the profile icon in the top right corner of the navigation, there is a link that says, "Invite / Share". At the bottom of the modal, you'll see "share your office profile link". After copying the link you can disperse your Profile's URL to anyone. From there, these individuals will be allowed to book an available appointment slot through the public calendar on your profile.

How do I collect payments?

Vofspace's platform is all-encompassing. Vofspace will handle the Scheduling, Meeting, and Billing. Therefore, if you set an hourly rate within an appointment the individual'(s) card on file will automatically be billed for the hourly rate set within the meeting. From there, 90% of the collected amount will be paid out from Vofspace to you, the Office Account.

Do I need to download anything to have a meeting?

Nope. Vofspace is entirely web-based. There is no software to download.

When is my credit card charged?

Your card will be charged at the conclusion of any meeting times you agree to that contains a rate. The amount will be determined by the Office Account with whom you accepted the meeting.

How long do I have before an appointment to cancel a meeting without being charged for it?

In order to avoid being charged, you must cancel the appointment you previously agreed to with at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total cost.
